Sunday 1st March

1st day of period. Heavy. Migraine that lasted the whole day. Got home after Am shift and tried resting. After a half hour nap, the migraine got worse. Asked Niner if he could get a box of Pana Extra and he did ! Sent to my flat and sat chatting for a bit with a bonus head massage.
