On SHN for 5 days (mc). R came over with Stuff’d amd soent some time over lunch (Stuff’d) and 🙊 ....

24/3/20 🌿 He came to GBB and we had Texas for lunch. Sweet of him to have bought my yogurt request and some surprised peaches ! As we had an ectra 15 mins je even gave me a quick foot rub ... there at Coco Cafe 

Day off. Rode. Jess’s INternational Women’s day ride turned out a but disorganized. Rode my own choices instead. Turned bck at bke and went to Scorpion. Out at Bangkit then Bt Pnjg kopi & sweet potato. Hot day and sweating like a horse when I first cos I was rushing to carpark. Didn't have much rest and they pulled out. Needless to say felt it in the body .. watery eyes, soaked to the bone. Stopped at Bt Batok Nature Reserve for a quiet time. Japanese music in background.


Goal : Dont forget why you started in the first place (after months of no ride)

Goal : To get back stamina and endurance. 
Plan : Ride on my own time, feel and listen to my body and lung health. Be aware of breathing improvement. Pull back when necessary. Grow slow and upwards.

The day of the concert.

I ended up a little over the usual time waking up and preparing for work. That ended up in no time for breakfast at home. A quick preparation of the chicken sandwich (roast chicken from Giant) with a brown bread and a kaya sandwich, I was out of the house. Will be stationed at FF today and hoping to claim some hours to prepare for tonight’s concert.

Met ss for b’fast at Sunset. Kaya toast with teh. Seen me to hardware store for tiny screwdrivers for my broken sunglass frame $2 and a bottle of Dynamo at CK for $7.85.

Looking forward to Star Theatre Scorpion tmrw !

Quiet day at the Garden. Alone at arrival. Had a quick chat over coffee with Fad at Serene Gdn.

Did a 5k run ( aiming at being back home within an hour and I did ). Some stretching after at the viewing platform.

SS says we are going ahead with the concert since I am Ok with it (situation with virus). Scorpion & WhiteSnake at the Star Theatre !
